Welcome Colorado Baby Boomers
Over the next several years, the largest generation in American history will turn 60. And as with everything they have done over the years, the boomers are expected to change the way America looks at 60. In the worlds of work, community service or continued learning, Colorado’s boomers are expected to be a generation engaged for social benefit.
This website is our vehicle for exchanging information and ideas.
Colorado has been, and still is, a magnet for the baby boom generation. Nearly a third of Metro Denver’s residents are boomers. Even higher concentrations of boomers live in some of Colorado’s non-urban counties. Our communities, our nation and our world can profit from what baby boomers have to offer. Everyone will benefit, if we can imagine how people can live meaningfully and productively in their 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond.
Many thanks to Rose Community Foundation's Boomers Leading Change Community Advisory Committee.
